Subject: D2 vs A3 college championships schedule
in my experience, short-term exposure to altitude can be a bitch on
recovery. so i'm wondering if that's going to have an effect on D2 vs
A3 saturday morning at nats. i've never liked that schedule, but in
the thin boulder air maybe it's even worse.

we'll assume michigan and texas are battling for the pool win in the
final game on friday, and we'll assume that it's a sick game because
it's 4v5, so it goes to the end of the round at 6:30. the loser of
that game gets to play A3 at 8:30am the following morning. my problem
is that A3 has been done since 3:30 (at the latest). those three hours
might not seem like much. but i think it's tough for D2 to fit in
warmdown, travel, shower, dinner, ice-bath and enough sleep to be back
at the fields at 7:15 the next morning.

non-issue? does anyone else think that north texas or illinois is
gonna be in a good position to take down D2 saturday morning?
