Could you use a program for simple motion capture with an iPhone or iPod Touch?

Render mocap data on human model, for simulation 
  I need to perform some motion capture simulation where I take motion capture data (mainly in bvh format) and render an animation of a human model performing the moves. I will then later try to recreate the skeletal motion based on the previous rendering. Sounds bacwards, which it is, but it is for simulation and comparison of algorithms.... more »
