¡Certainly be nice if they flooded it with press investigating constitutionality of it, such my right to be meak and not stop people with some personal sense of hubrice that my time is worth more than theirs (religious and conscience).  Or the right to vote and to be qualified to sit in office but not to be qualified to be qualified to sit in office.
¡This is a voters duty not a nominators.  What a backwards bylaw, in a bad way, I liked the backwards when it hit the tradition of first the nomination and then seconding it.
¡This offends my conscience and the requires the pride it has a hard time living with and I should not be sent to confessionals by the state so that a voter has a choice.
¡No one ran on this issue regarding Bill 7 or the Bylaw to follow, the voter had no informed consent of this, and infact WARDs and STV went to referendum and not a vote in the house and council yet this did?  Is this any different?  Any decent lawyer out there would fight this.  Imagine I used those two words together.

¡You have read the Rights and Freedoms article am I right?  Perhaps come to think of it they would be required to have a voted class senate seat (could name it something else but be able to over rule the Senate appointed) in a accordance with the Right and Freedom to stand for office.

¡Have you read the definition of Mayor?  It isn;t a "member of council" part of it but not a member of, CEO of it.  Police commander-in-cheif.  I did. so the paper work at least needs to be changed for Mayor requiring 2 signatures.  The term Trustie is not in the language either, of the bylaw.

¡Hey I do understand city council fucked you over with this, if you'd pardon my Romanian, but I am not innaccurate.  A question of any authority is important and that even means questing ourselves as our own authority of ourselves.  Chapter 5 of Being and Time is an eye opener for one thing.
