Looking for a programme that allows the making and printing of a label
for ZIP disc case.

Any help appreciated.

IIRC, several of the media label makers have software for the various
types of labels, e.g., CD's, VHS cassettes, floppy diskettes, ZIP disks,
etc. Search around.
