Even a blind pig gets an acorn once in a while. I was working across the street form a store being decommissioned and watched off and on all day as the folks working there carried stuff out to the roll off parked outside. papasan chair cushion

I was working in a nearby city the other day and saw a nice black papasan chair cushion as well as a couple of fluorescent light fixtures in the dumpster next to the jobsite. We have 2 papasan chairs that mostly get used as doggie beds, and both could use cushions. We just sold some light fixtures a week or so ago would not mind selling a few more.... more »

to put stuff out on the curbside and, when someone curbshops it, get a little happy that someone gets the stuff other than the city? Does this make me a dumpster diver groupie(even though it curbside?)?

I am new to dumpster diving and actually planning on taking my first dive tommarow afternoon. Just wanting to know any bit of info you guys will willingly give. Oh and anyone from Wisconsin know weather Family Video, Block Buster, and Hollywood Video normally have dumpsters?
