Comcast does away with newsgroups

Well Fiero fans after the 24th of this month I'll no longer have access to newsgroups. I just got an email from Comcast indicating that they are discontinuing the newsgroup service. They say that I can still subscribe directly via Giganews but I think they want a paid subscription. So, I guess I'll be seeing you guys elsewhere on the web.... more »

Just a bitch..I'm not sure I need help at this point but thought I'd write anyway. I haven't gotten to drive my Fiero much this summer. It has always been good to me in the past but this year I had a problems. Missing Locking Lug Key '86 2.5

I recently bought this & the lug key is missing (called the previous owner but he didn't have it). I see that some have been able to remove it by hammering on a tight fitting 12-point socket. Unless someone here can recommend a better way of removing this lug key I would like to try the socket method (the local dealer has also lost their lug... more »

Electrical cutting out

Hi all; I have an '86 Sport that has recently started having electrical cut out when I press the accelerator down about 1/3 the way down. I have looked for loose wires along the linkage at the TB and where the accelerator pedal connects to the floor under the dash (anyone else think it's cramped under there?)... more »

Wiper switch problem

I am having a problem with the wiper switch. It works fine but the problem is when its in the off position and I hit a bump in the road or sometimes turn the steering wheel or use the directionals the wipers will wipe once or twice on there own.
